| | Mr. Basile operates his firm based on his 15 years of accounting and tax experience. In addition, Tony is a professor of accounting at Hofstra University. He has been in his own practice for the last 12 years. Mr. Basile has an experienced staff of 2 other accountants, one of which is a CPA (both fluent in Italian) and a clerical person.
